Purchase Instructions

  • Pre-release versions will be signed by all the authors and will arrive late in the week before the publication date, May 3, 2016 

  • Payments are processed through PayPal, but you don't need a PayPal account and can use any major credit card 

  • Click the Buy Now button and this will open a PayPal window

  • For credit cards, click "Pay with an online bank account, debit or credit card"

  • You have the choice of quantity; the default is 1

  • Shipping costs and taxes are included in the price of $24.95

  • You will receive an email receipt from PayPal; there will be no receipt in the physical package
